With 6 years of experience, I've created a methodology that integrates movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and mindset tools to support your holistic well-being, and get you set on the road to success!

Book a free consultation here, where we'll discuss your goals and aspirations. If we both feel the connection and vibe, we'll embark on a journey of online coaching sessions. Between our weekly calls, you'll tackle small habit based tasks to facilitate your progression towards your goals, and you will review your progress in the weekly check-in forms. You also get access to the Fit Living App and all my courses included in your coaching experience.

Package 1 Monthly:

1 x 90-minute kick-off session
60-minute weekly sessions thereafter

£260 per month

Package 2 Monthly:

1 x 90-minute kick-off session
2 x 60-minute weekly sessions thereafter

£480 per month

I take on 8-10 clients monthly. After our initial 30-minute consultation, you have 72 hours to confirm if you want to proceed on a monthly basis. If not, your session will be offered to someone else. While I generally recommend Package 2 for the first 3 months, starting with Package 1 is also achievable based on your budget and needs.
